Warranty, Returns & Refunds
All new products come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified and is not transferable to other persons. This warranty covers faulty products only. Damage caused by the purchaser, or other persons, is not covered by the warranty terms.
Before any products are returned, the purchaser must contact Black Sapphire Guitars to describe the fault and to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). This RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the postal packaging and also printed and placed inside the package. This ensures that Black Sapphire Guitars can link the returned product to the returning purchaser. Products returned without the RAN may not be able to be linked to the purchaser and this will result in delays in providing a refund or replacement.
The cost of returning the product, or products, is the responsibility of the purchaser. Black Sapphire Guitars strongly advises the user to use a tracked service and to also purchase additional insurance to cover the original purchase price of the product or products. Black Sapphire Guitars takes no responsibility for returned products that are lost, or damaged, in transit and will not refund or replace products that are not returned through a tracked service.
Returned products will be inspected and or tested upon reciept before any refund or replacement is issued. Refunds and the replacement of products is at the discression of Black Sapphire Guitars. We may find no manufacturer fault and return the original product to the purchaser in the same condition as we recieved it.
Some returned products may incure a re-stocking fee.
