Shipping Information
Black Sapphire Guitars uses Australia Post as their carrier for standard parcel deliveries and their postage rates (local and international) are automatically displayed based on your delivery location.
Your products will be shipped as soon as possible in a bubble mailer bag with additional protective material where required. Depending on the size of your order, we may ship it in a mailing box with additional material to pad out any empty space.
All orders are shipped insured and tracked. The cost of extra cover (insurance) is included in the product pricing.
10% GST for Australian orders will be added to the total during the checkout process.
Once posted, Black Sapphire Guitars has no control over how Australia Post processes or handles your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the demands of Australia Posts services.

For Australian orders over $100.00 - we will ship these orders free. Use code FREE100 to apply this discount at checkout.
For International orders over $250.00 - we will ship these orders free. Use code FREE250 to apply this discount at checkout.
Misuse of coupon codes will result in either your order being placed on hold or cancelled.

2 - Enter the delivery address for your order and then click the red 'CONTINUE' button.
3 - The shipping method should be pre-selected based on your location. If there are multiple options, please select the shipping option you require. Click the red 'CONTINUE' button.
4 - Select your preferred payment method. We currently have PayPal and major cards via PayPal. We are in the process of being approved for Afterpay and looking at other options also.
